Spicy Cheese Pinecone
A spicy tasty cheese ball that will impress your family & friends.
14 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ c grated cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimientos, drained
3 T Underwood Ranches Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 t Worcestershire sauce
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t salt and ¼ t pepper
2 c whole almonds
Combine all ingredients except for almonds.
Pat into one or two pinecone shapes.
Wrap in plastic and chill for 24 hours + or -.
Toast whole almonds in 350° oven for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Plate cheese pinecone and press less pointy end of almonds into cheese ball, overlapping like pinecone scales. Serve with crackers.
Can add other ingredients like chopped black olives into mixture. Can also use other flavor combos like UR Spicy BBQ Sauce, poblano peppers and smoked almonds!!
